Typically, we dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. For custom orders, it may take 7–10 days depending on the complexity.
Do you accept bulk or corporate gifting orders?
Yes, we do take bulk and festive orders. Perfect for return gifts, corporate events,

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hours of placing it. After that, especially
for custom or handmade items, we may have already started processing — but do
reach out and we’ll assist wherever possible.
Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?
If cancelled within the eligible time and before dispatch, we offer a full refund. For prepaid custom orders already in production, partial refunds may apply.
